Winter fishing is from Nov. 1st through February 28th. Fishing is great year round!
We are still targeting many of the same fish that we catch in the summer which includes bottom fishing for Vermilion Snapper, Amberines, Almaco Jacks, Groupers and White Snapper.
Trolling for King Mackerel, BlackFin Tuna and Bonita is usually good through mid December.
Fall and winter fishing is a great way to beat the crowds. What better way to spend the Thanksgiving or Christmas holidays fishing on the Huntress.

We chartered a 6 hour trip today with captain Mike and Carter! I brought 4 of my sons and my nephew. We had a great time and they put us on the fish. We limited out on red snapper with 12, 33 Vermilion Snapper, 5 Bonita. The boys had a great time and carter did a fantastic job making sure everyone was taken care of the entire trip. The Huntress is a beautiful boat kept very clean (and the ac is great when you need a break from the sun). Captain Mike and Carter are expert deep-sea fishermen.
